Your training, your way
Which is best - virtual or face to face? Here are some thoughts;
Face to Face Training
Typically more delegate participation/interaction (more fun!)
Easy to engage in group discussions
Not prone to distractions (email etc.)
Greater variety of group exercises possible
Opportunity to meet with other colleagues or network with others in a similar position
Some delegates benefit from dedicating a longer period to training in one day
Virtual Training
Courses can be broken down into smaller sessions over a longer period
No need for travel for trainer or delegates
Sessions can be recorded and reviewed
Multiple locations can be accommodated on a single course
Number of delegates not limited by physical space
If done across multiple sessions delegates can reflect in the interim
Training Rates
Specific costs will depend on what’s required, but these are guideline rates from 1 November 2024
Hourly rate - £395
Daily rate - £1,800
(Charity and not-for-profit rates available on request)
Reasonable travel/accommodation expenses will be additional. Training programme prices will be discussed and agreed when the requirements are established.
