You applied, got through the selection process, aced it at the interviews and now…here you are…your first managerial position, life’s great…

…until it isn’t quite so!

We are all a member of several teams, sometimes sports, often work, and usually home. You will have teams of friends and teams of business colleagues.

What do they all have in common?

To be productive, and even ‘fun’ to be part of, they need to work.

Traditional training hasn’t ‘cut it’ for quite a while now, but the ‘You turn up, tell them how to do stuff, and then leave again. Did they understand it? Who knows! Will they do it? Probably not….’ way of doing things still exists.
